How to choose a hand cream: 5 main rules

Hand creams are an important part of body care. The skin on the hands is thin and sensitive, therefore it is aging rapidly: it is the hands that will give out age. Use cream daily (keep a mini-tube in a bag), or better, every time after washing your hands. Apply the cream at least 30 minutes before going outside - it must have time to be absorbed.

Choose a cream in a tube, not in a jar. In this case, you will force the tool to serve you longer: no bacteria will get into it from your hands. If you choose a cream in a jar, make sure that a spatula for application is included in the kit.

When choosing a cream, pay attention not only to the texture (the cream must be absorbed quickly, leaving no film), but also to the composition. Vitamin A has an anti-aging effect, vitamin E - moisturizes the skin, lanolin nourishes, and glycerin softens. Look for creams with oils in the composition - they will additionally nourish the skin of the hands.

Apply the cream with massage movements on the palms, the skin between the fingers and the nail plate. Rub cream with massage movements - this will improve microblood circulation. Be sure to apply the cream only on clean hands.

Once a week, make a cream mask: apply a thick layer of cream on all hands and wear special gloves or wrap your hands with a warm towel. Leave for 15 minutes. Even in cold autumn your hands will be soft.
